Present Perfect Tense কী?
Present Perfect Tense is used for a completed action that has a connection, result, or effect in the present.
Previous Lesson-এর সাথে Connection
Lesson #17-এ আপনি Present Continuous Tense শিখেছেন, যা এখন চলমান action বোঝায়। Present Perfect Tense তার থেকে আলাদা, কারণ এটি সাধারণত complete action বোঝায়, কিন্তু সেই action-এর result বা experience present time-এর সাথে connected থাকে।
Present Perfect Tense-এর main structure হলো Subject + has/have + V3. এখানে has/have হলো helping verb এবং main verb-এর past participle form বা V3 ব্যবহার হয়।
She has gone to school.
They have learned English.
He has bought a new phone.
এখানে have finished, has gone, have learned, এবং has bought present perfect tense.

Present Perfect Tense Structure

Very Important Rule
Present Perfect Tense-এ main verb সবসময় V3 হবে। Correct: I have finished. Wrong: I have finish.
Present Perfect Tense Rules
Present perfect tense ঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার করতে এই rulesগুলো অবশ্যই জানা দরকার।
Basic Rule
Present perfect tense-এর structure হলো Subject + has/have + V3.
She has finished.
They have finished.
Has / Have Rule
He, she, it এবং singular subject-এর সাথে has ব্যবহার হয়। I, you, we, they এবং plural subject-এর সাথে have ব্যবহার হয়।
She has eaten.
I have seen it.
They have arrived.
Already / Yet
Already সাধারণত কাজ ইতিমধ্যে শেষ হয়েছে বোঝায়। Yet সাধারণত negative বা question sentence-এ “এখনো/ইতিমধ্যে কি” meaning দেয়।
She has not finished yet.
Have you finished yet?
Ever / Never
Ever experience question-এ বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়। Never মানে জীবনে কখনো না।
I have never visited London.
She has never eaten sushi.
Since / For
Since starting point বোঝায়। For duration বোঝায়। State verbs-এর সাথে present perfect ব্যবহার হতে পারে।
She has lived here for five years.
We have been friends for a long time.
Present Perfect vs Past Simple
Past simple finished past time বোঝায়। Present perfect past action with present connection বোঝায়।
I have lost my key. = present result, key is missing now
She went to Dhaka last week. = past simple
She has gone to Dhaka. = she is not here now
Common V3 Forms for Present Perfect
Present perfect tense শেখার জন্য V3 বা past participle জানা খুব জরুরি।

Go-এর V3 হলো gone, went নয়।
I have seen him yesterday. ❌
I saw him yesterday. ✅
Yesterday-এর মতো finished past time থাকলে সাধারণত past simple ব্যবহার হয়।

Have-এর পরে V3 বসবে: been/gone.
